Yes, even alone in the nature, it is necessary to take a maximum of care, especially of my health because this is an important thing. The insurance that i chose and which was seeming for meto be  the best for this kind of trip is AVA (insurance voyages and assistance) for an International Health Plan for 12 months, extendable for a  longer stay..

Updtate: AVA has refused to cover me in July 2009 in the United States.

Cost = 690 euros per year
